Gold Standard Whey Protein

Im a vegetarian and take ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, when and how much should i take?
Im 187 lbs and 5’10. I want to get lean, not bulky.
Im vegetarian, not vegan, so i can have dairy.
A simple answer: To get lean, eat vegetarian diet that is low in carbs and high in protein. Hit the gym about 3 days a week to stay active and fit, and have a protein shake 2 or 3 times a day between meals and immediately after your workout.
If your not into the whole working out thing then at least do some stretches in the morning, walk a little more, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. Eat a very low carb diet that is high in protein, drink lots of water, and focus on 8hrs of sleep minimum.
SLEEP IS VERY IMPORTANT in achieving any health goals! (8hrs min.)
