How To Dress For A Fall Wedding

A jacket and tie is appropriate for the men at the wedding. Even if you don’t think a jacket is necessary, it is a good idea to wear it for the wedding ceremony. A gentleman cannot go wrong wearing a jacket to a wedding, and it is also a simple matter to take it off for the reception if you like.

Some fall weddings are more formal evening events. This is the time to really wear something fabulous! A long dress in a rich jewel tone would be gorgeous. Wear it with formal crystal or cz wedding jewelry for a grand effect. Either strappy silk evening sandals or silk pumps are perfect footwear. You could also opt for a chic cocktail dress with light beading. While many people do wear black to weddings these days, it would really be nicer to wear a rich autumnal color like chocolate or burgundy. A dinner jacket or a dark suit with a silk tie is what the gentlemen will wear.
