My only problem was when using the shipping as the company requires you to setup a delivery appointment, but didn’t inform me. I received tracking info saying the condominium was out for delivery, as well as text message from amazon. So WHEN I left work early when sat waiting. The product never came. Tracking info said it was delivered Dec TWO, 2011 which is next year, so I gave all of them a call. The customer service appeared to be very friendly and create my delivery, but had I not called I have no idea of how I would have gotten the unit as they had only my address to contact me. There should be some more obvious information telling the client to contact the delivery company to get a scheduled time to understand it to you.
Ordered this to upgrade my old Samsung DLP that is starting to fail and couldn’t you have to be pleased. I initially ordered the following unit from Best Buy as well as a week later they canceled it saying it was before out of stock. So I ordered this on Amazon for less as there is no tax. The picture is incredible and after toning down the brightness I am very pleased with this particular TV. I did notice that watching old shows you will find there’s visible blurring affect when people move. It’s almost like these are in a strobe mild, and sort of jarring. Not sure if that is because some frequency thing as I will be not that up upon tv specs, but watching Seinfeld reruns for this tv might induce seizures in most people.

Just simply bought this little treasure yesterday (Black Friday) by Walmart – $799. 99. After much research for your just perfect family television, this was the the one that I settled on, in addition to what an terrific price tag. The colors are just brilliant, so crisp as well as pure. We placed our 32″ Sammy in this bedroom. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase this baby! Build was so simple : we’re on Cox Cable.
